1. Who we are
This website is operated by Supreme Integrated Technologies Nigeria Limited, a company registered in Nigeria and a registered Data Protection Compliance Organisation (DPCO) under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Contact details appear in the footer of every page.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to breach its security, interfere with its availability, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use it to transmit unlawful or misleading material. Information on the site is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.
3. No legal or compliance certification
Supreme does not certify compliance, and nothing on this website constitutes a legal opinion, an audit opinion, or confirmation that your organisation meets its obligations. Your obligations are set by the Nigeria Data Protection Act and NDPC directives. Any audit or Compliance Audit Return is signed by your designated officer or a licensed DPCO.
4. Pricing and quotes
Prices shown on this website are starting points and may be quoted as "from" figures. They exclude applicable VAT and NDPC charges unless stated otherwise. No price is a binding offer. The binding scope, deliverables, timing and fees are those set out in a written quote or engagement letter that you accept.
5. Professional engagements
Professional services are delivered under a separate written engagement. Responsibilities, confidentiality, data handling, deliverables and fees are defined there. Where website tools produce outputs, those outputs support preparation only and carry no regulatory weight.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, text and templates on this website belong to Supreme unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes without written permission. You retain ownership of the information you provide to us.
7. Third-party links and services
Where we link to external sites, including NDPC resources or scheduling tools, those sites are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Supreme is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
