What we do

Eight services.
One accountable team.

Every engagement begins with a short assessment so the scope matches your classification and the work you actually do.

How an engagement runs

From first call
to filed return.

STEP 01

Assessment

A short scoped call and document request. We confirm your classification and the return you must file.

STEP 02

Preparation

We build or repair the processing and DPO records, then draft the return for your named auditor.

STEP 03

Review

You review the draft. We answer questions and capture any remediation before anything is submitted.

STEP 04

Filing

We support submission through the NDPC portal and confirm the filed return with you in writing.

Questions

Before you engage.

Do you file on our behalf or only prepare?

Both, depending on your preference. Some clients want a fully prepared return they submit themselves; others ask us to support the submission. The engagement letter states which.

Who signs the audit return?

The return is signed by your organisation's designated officer or a licensed Data Protection Compliance Organisation. Supreme prepares the work; it does not replace your legal responsibility.

What is not included in the quote?

Applicable NDPC filing or registration charges, and 7.5% VAT, are separate. Any third-party cost is listed in the quote before you agree to it.

Can you work with our existing DPCO or auditor?

Yes. We prepare to the evidence standard your reviewer needs and can hand over a clean pack rather than replacing them.

What if we have already missed a deadline?

Tell us on the first call. We assess the position, prepare the return and advise on dealing with the Commission directly. Supreme does not certify compliance or decide penalties.
