The data controller is Supreme Integrated Technologies Nigeria Limited, a company registered in Nigeria and a registered Data Protection Compliance Organisation. • Booking requests: if you submit the booking form we receive your name, organisation, work email, optional phone number, classification, the service you selected and any message you write. We use this to respond to your request and prepare a scope and quote. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals for that purpose only.
• Readiness reminder: if you choose to email yourself the readiness checklist, we receive your email address. We use it to send the checklist and the deadline reminder, and nothing else.
• On-page tools: readiness answers and sample-workspace interactions are processed in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you submit a form.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We process booking and reminder data on the basis of your consent and to take steps you request before entering into a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. You can withdraw consent at any time using the contact details above or the unsubscribe link in any email.

We use service providers to operate the website and send email: Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers our emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the booking form from spam. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Where a provider processes data outside Nigeria, we rely on appropriate safeguards; details of current sub-processors are available on request.

Booking enquiries are kept for up to 12 months from our last contact, then deleted, unless a professional engagement begins. Readiness reminders and the email address you gave us are kept until you unsubscribe, and in any event no longer than 12 months after the 2027 filing deadline. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

We use only essential cookies. This site sets no advertising, analytics or other non-essential cookies, and we load no third-party trackers. Our hosting and security providers (Vercel and Cloudflare Turnstile) may set strictly necessary security cookies when you load the site or submit the booking form. Sample-workspace task selections are kept only in the open page and are not stored on your device after you leave. See the cookie & storage policy for detail.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email ashobal@supremeintegrated.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No website can guarantee absolute security; please share sensitive documents only through an agreed secure channel.

We may update this notice. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be made clear on this page.
